Doom II: Hell on Earth - Map07: Dead Simple (SSG Only, No Damage, No Arachnotron Area) HD

Today we have another Doom challenge (after a long time). Inspired by BigMacDavis and AltimaMantoid, I must finish Map07 (Dead Simple) of Doom II on Ultra-Violence difficulty with 100% Kills and Secrets using only the Super Shotgun, take no damage and I must not step into the outer area where the Arachnotrons come from.
