The journey of this record began in April 2022 when Alexander asked for an 80’s synth beat at 120bpm. He sat with Gemini, and with a handful of 1980’s music examples, multiple synth sounds, and killer kick drum, the song started taking shape. When Alexander heard the beat for the first time, he was in the middle of the mix for ‘Verano Para Siempre’ driving into Murcia in Spain. Immediately his face lit up and a call was made to Los Angeles overjoyed. Next mission – what was the song to be about! Written by Alexander James Rodriguez and Liz Rodriguez, ‘Mister Fahrenheit’ is about a girl who is driving a boy crazy, she is his "Betty Boop", and he feels like himself around her, but she isn’t quite convinced. Full of flaming lyrics, burning desires, and musical notes that challenged the teen to push harder, Alexander is Mister Fahrenheit. Needing to add more value for his fans, and listeners, Alexander pushed on to produce the Extended Version, a passion project of his, and along with the songs instrumental the three songs were released on September 2nd. The music video was filmed in Downtown Los Angeles at FD Studios Hill Street using a cool cement backdrop and the infamous rain room. Recorded: Mid-July 2022 at West Coast Customs, Burbank. Fun facts: An additional scene was filmed but not used in the final cut. In the rain room, Alexander performed soaking wet for over 2 hours. He had 3 black T-shirts available to rip open for backup - but with the rain drenching the material, forcing the T-shirt to hang heavy and in place, scissors were needed!
