The best way, in my opinion to record from an iPad is to get an Elgato capture device. https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/game-capture-hd60 Also an HDMI extension to your iPad / iPhone (works best on newer devices). You could also record using reflector which lets you stream via airplay to your computer. http://www.airsquirrels.com/reflector/ Then record your screen with Bandicam. http://www.bandicam.com This doesn’t require any hardware but it can lag, be slow, and overall not nearly as good in quality.
