QICENT USB 3.1 Type-C & Type-A 2-Port PCI Express Card PU31 Unboxing, Overview, Installation HD

Today I am going to unbox and take a look at the QICIENT PU31 USB 3.1 Type-C & Type-A 2-Port PCI Express Card. With this card you can easily add USB-C and USB type A USB 3.1 ports to your desktop computer. It takes up a single PCIe X4 slot and requires 1X 15 pin SATA power connector for device power. This USB 3.1 card can be bough off Amazon for $25 (link down below). I was impressed with the overall quality, performance, and ease of installation the QICENT USB card bought to the table. To get the card up an running all I had to do was insert it into a PCI express slot, turn on my PC, and install the drivers. Thanks to the on board asmedia ASM1142 host controller I was able to max out the transfer speeds of my hard drive enclosure. The USB 3.1 A and C ports return identical speeds and they had no problem outputting 2A @ 5V. I am personally just not ready for USB 3.1, I do not even own a device that can saturate a USB 3.0 port!
