How to Test Transistors with a Multimeter - NPN, PNP, JFET HD

Using a digital multimeter in diode test mode, we can check NPN and PNP transistors to see if they have semiconductor junctions in tact, and we can also identify which pin is emitter, collector, and base. Using diode check mode along with a resistance measurement, we can also check if a JFET appears to be functional.
