Song: Embrace by PNAU Workout: (each round is 5 min) 45:15 Hip lifts Hip bridge Squats Jump squats Squat hold - 15:15 Burpees Plank - 45:15 High knees Push ups Mountain climbers Squat pulses Lunges - 45:15 Side plank Side plank Half burpees Plank with shoulder taps Heel taps - 30:30 High knees Squat hold - 20:10 Sit ups Crunches Then to finish: Plank till fall.
