Stand Up Paddling (SUP) with Mediacorp Celebrities Rebecca Lim and Romeo Tan on 8 October 2012 in Singapore. We had the honour to give them an SUP lesson for the filming of a TV Programme "Hidden Gems". They thoroughly enjoyed Stand Up Paddling especially with the children. Samuel Josh and Trinity are 4-half years old and Heather is 8 years old. Stand Up Paddling is great for building up fitness, relaxation, fun with friends and ideal for whole family.
