Mike smith was on Ardmore heading North stopped at the stop sign at Pier Ave. - Riding on a bicycle, crossing the street legally, with light on in proper place. There were no laws broken - so Officer Dove made something up! listen to the ridiculous reason they give for illegally stopping him, unlawfully detaining aggressively confining (immediately in handcuffs destroying his property...
