The Georgia Bureau of Investigation released a dashcam video from a police car that shows an Emerson police officer fatally shooting a suspect who pulled a gun during a traffic stop. Emerson police officer Rokert K. Smith pulled over Brent Andrew Brannon, 27, who had outstanding warrants for trafficking heroin and was considered armed and dangerous.
