Well known Ron Paul Supporter gets arrested for JAYWALKING!

The Official Charges ARE IN: 1) Obstruction of Public Streets W/O Permit and 2) Failure to obey a Police Officer. Yes folks! JUST OBEY! I will state for record (since many people have stated otherwise), Mr. Tanner was NOT in a public street. He was in the MEDIAN at the entrance to the Civic Center (aka A PRIVATE DRIVE leading to a parking lot).
