Jumping Rope on Pavement HD

http://rosstraining.com (April 2014) - I am often asked about skipping rope outside. If you wish to skip rope on pavement or cement, consider lying down an old strip of carpet. The carpet will help minimize wear and tear on the center of the rope where it comes into contact with the ground. Carpet is also convenient as it can be rolled up and easily packed away.
