DATUK PETER MOJUNTIN MEMORIAL SQUARE DONGGONGON - Weird pavement

Is this the best that the local council can do in memory of the Golden Son of the Kadazan? The ground surrounding the statue was supposed to be turned into a park but this ugly uneven ground with a smelly drain is all they can provide for the townsfolk ! ! in the evening, some health group try to perform Zhumba dance here but they might end up breaking their legs on those ugly slabs.
