I will explain to you how prisoners work in mount and blade like how to sell, get, recuit & etc.You can pause each time you want to read the text so you can understand perfectly NOTE: You can also rescue prisoners by releasing them from forts, you will find a guard that is standing right beside a door and ask him permission to go inside, then you can start releasing the prisoners that the lords captured.
