Sad Pi Song

This song contains the first 223 digits of pi. It is for flatpicked mountain dulcimer, fingerpicked guitar, and electric bass. The moutain dulcimer plays entirely on the melody string, using the fret numbers as the digits 1 through 9. For zero, open or the 10th fret is used, whichever fit the melody better. A 24 inch VSL mountain dulcimer with no extra half frets (except for the 6 1/2, which is not used). The smaller dulcimer was chosen because it made it easier to play all of the large jumps that the song contains. I wrote this for Pi day (3/14).
