Одесса 2017.09.02 Патефон пати: Парк культуры и отдыха им Шевченко, площадка «Огни маяка». 25-й Рок-фестиваль посвящён памяти известного одесского рок-музыканта, лидера группы «Бастион», одного из создателей первого одесского рок-клуба Игоря Ганькевича. Фестиваль «Пикейные жилеты» проводится с 1991 года, прошедший через года и поколения, Самый Одесский Фестиваль.
