Фестиваль «Пикейные жилеты» проводится с 1991 года, прошедший через года и поколения, Самый Одесский Фестиваль. Люди помнят и поют песни группы «Бастион» и Игоря Ганькевича, «Старый рокер» - гимн одесского рок-клуба, «Прогулка по Одессе».
