Rasberry Pi communicating with Arduino for a car remote controlled via an iPhone App HD

29.12.2014
I wanted to do a project incorporating Rasberry Pi and Arduino. I built a car which uses Pi to talk to Arduino. The Rasberry Pi has a WiFi dongle on it which connects to the network and starts a UDP server on bootup. It listens for incoming UDP commands and then sends instructions to the Arduino via the I2C protocol. The car is controlled via an iPhone App which uses the accelerometer on the phone to steer and control direction and speed. Technologies in this project include: C, Objective C, Python, Shell Scripting, Networking, Electronics, Micro-controllers and Embedded Computing
