材料: 高筋麵粉 180g,砂糖 12g,鹽 3g,酵母 3g,水 100ml,橄欖油 10ml, 麵粉,番茄醬 3 tbsp,水牛芝士 6,車打芝士 1,卡門貝爾芝士 適量,乳清芝士 2 tbsp,水牛芝士 適量,格拉娜·帕達諾芝士 做法: 1. 將高筋麵粉,砂糖,鹽,酵母,水,橄欖油搓成麵糰,蓋上保鮮紙,放在暖處發酵1小時 2. 灑上麵粉,將麵糰壓成薄餅狀,放在焗爐紙上 3. 加入各種芝士,造成雞蛋形狀,用180℃焗15分鐘 4. 灑上格拉娜·帕達諾芝士 - ※ INGREDIENTS: -Pizza Dough: 180g Bread Flour, 12g Sugar, 3g Salt, 3g Yeast, 10ml Olive Oil, 100ml Water 3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce, 6 Piece Whole Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Sliced Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 Handful Camebert Cheese, 2 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese, 1 Handful Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Grated Grana Padano Cheese ※ PREPARATION 1. Make a well in the flour and add sugar, salt, yeast. Combine them and add olive oil, water and knead. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 2. Roll out proofed dough thinly with rolling pin, and make holes with a fork. 3. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Add all kinds of cheese over the dough. Lastly, add shredded mozzarella cheese in the middle and bake in a preheated(180°C) oven for 15 minutes. 4.
