Pizza Paratha - the perfect fusion! Ingredients: For Dough 2 Cups Refined Flour 2 tbsp Oil 1 ½ cups Water Salt to taste For Filling 1 tbsp Oil 1 cups Onions (Chopped) 1 tsp Garlic (Chopped) 1tsp Green Chilli Chopped ½ Cup Capsicum (chopped) ½ Cup Yellow Peppers (Chopped) ½ Cup Red Peppers (chopped) ¼ Cup Corn Kernals (Boiled) Salt to taste 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 250 gm Pizza Cheese (Grated) ¼ cup Jalepenos ¼ cup Black Olives Other Ingredients 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce Method: - Take the ingredients of the dough add water & oil & form it into a soft dough - Rest the dough for 20 mins covered with a muslin cloth - For the filling saute the onlons, garlic, Green chilli , capsicum & bell peppers till soft, then add the corn & cook another 5 mins, take off the heat & cool - In the cooled mixture add cheese, olives & jalepenos & mix well. - Roll out a portion of the dough into a thin round circle - Add pizza sauce - Add 3 tbsp of the mixture or as desired - Fold into half moon & pinch the corners - Heat 2 tsp oil in a tava & fry the Paratha till golden on both sides - Serve with ketchup or mayo. - Gobble !
