It is a paratha where I have stuffed Pizza toping(as per choice), cheese and sauce. It is very easy to prepare and delicious in taste. How to Prepare Pizza Paratha Recipe | Kids Lunch Box Recipe INGREDIENTS: Dough: Plain flour - 2 cups, Oil - 2 tbsp, Salt to taste, Plain water as per requirement, Stuffing: Red and yellow bel paper - 1/2 cup each, chopped, Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped, Sweet corn - 1/2 cup, boiled, Mozzarella - 1 and 1/2 cup, Oregano - 1 tsp, Tomato sauce - 1/3 cup, Salt to taste, Italian seasoning - 1 tsp, METHOD: Into a big mixing bowl add plain flour and oil mix well then add water and make a soft dough. Keep a said for 30 minutes. For stuffing, into a another bowl put all the stuffing ingredients at a time and mix well. Make some balls with the dough, take one and roll it then put stuffing and stick the corners again make it a ball. Press it with your hand into round and flat shape. Again roll it with a rolling pin. Heat the oil in a pan put the paratha and fry both sides of the paratha. When it become light brown take out from the pan. Serve hot.
