Three different fillings in one delicious pie. INGREDIENTS for the dough: 500g flour 100ml milk 100ml water 50ml olive oil 10g salt a pinch of sugar 15g fresh yeast for the filling: mushrooms fried eggplants with tomato sauce basil tomato sauce Parmesan cheese black olives DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the dough and let it rise for at least two hours, roll it out and cover it with tomato sauce. 2. Fill it three different ways: mushrooms, black olives and cherry tomatoes, and eggplant. Carefully roll it up and slice it into 2cm thick slices. 3. Place each slice in a cake pan and let it rise for at least one hour. 4. Brush the top with egg wash (yoke only) and bake at 180°C in a convection oven for 25 minutes.
