It Could Have Been _ ! Was Raffles the first to discover Singapore? Just what hilarity and intrigue lie in these unsolved cases of the Lion City? This first original Singapore crosstalk production incorporates dramatic elements to present an alternative interpretation of the history of our sunny island, voicing anew the good and the not-so-good times. Written by Cultural Medallion recipient Han Lao Da, who also co-directs with Young Artist Award winner Kok Heng Leun, this presentation features several popular Singapore crosstalk artists. In collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay 为何新加坡又称为“狮城”？有人比莱佛士先登陆新加坡？一宗宗的“狮城悬案”，究竟蕴藏了多少让人既捧腹又深思的玄机？ 新加坡首个融入戏剧元素的原创相声剧《狮城悬案》，别开生面地以幽默、辛辣、逗趣的相声语言，描新加坡的历史缩影，写新加坡人的喜怒哀乐。由文化奖得主韩劳达编剧兼导演，青年艺术家奖得主郭庆亮执行导演，著名相声演员黄家强、杨世彬、苏维胜、孙雅欢、李城威、马天凌，与多位演员携手演出。 由滨海艺术中心联合制作。
