Mooli paste 罗卜糕 的做法 Ingredients 2x400g rice flour 200g potato starch 500g mooli 3 Chinese sausages 100g dried shrimps 2kg water 1.3kg water Condiments 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon MSG 1 tablespoon sugar Dash of pepper powder Method Cut Chinese sausages into small pieces Cut mooli into strips Put rice flour, potato starch and condiments in a large container with 1.3kg water. Mix them into a smooth paste. Boil Chinese sausages, dried shrimps and mooli in 2kg water. Once boiled; pour them into the container into the paste and stir thoroughly. Transfer into a large tray and steam for 1 hour. Leave it to cool and put in a fridge overnight. Cut them into rectangular shape about 1 cm thick and fry in a wok for 3 minutes each side to serve.
