A fish spice dish without any dish:) You guys probably thought I forgot to put some fish in this pot. That was what I have asking myslef when I first enconter this dish. It is actually a style of cooking. The feature of this dish is spicy, sour and hint of sweet. Legend has it that this dish was create by a house wife whom used the spice for marinating the fish to cook this dish. when her husband tried it , it was Whoa! Amazing.. so it was born. Fish spice dish! I used aubergine to cook in this video, people also use pork strip to cook this dish as well. it`s called 鱼香 肉丝 that is fish spice pork strip.
