Beef bok choi noodle base This dish is not beef chow mein, chow mein is when the noodles are fry with the rest of the ingredients. In this cideo I will toast both sides of the noodles and put it at the base of the plate. Cook the beef with bok choi in a sauce and pour it on top. This style of cooking combined the crispiness of the noodle with the sauce in the beef bok choi. Few slices of carrots are included to give the dish a bit of colour. Below is my recipe for you guys to try at home.
