Tofu and Broccoli stir fry is a tasty dish that you can cook for lunch or dinner. The good thing about this recipe is its ease in preparation and the ingredients are readily available in most supermarkets. http://www.vahrehvah.com/tofu-broccoli-stir-fry Ingredients: Corn starch 2 tb Broccoli florets 5 n Tofu 5 pieces Salt Chilly flakes 1 ts Oil 2 tb Garlic chopped 1 ts Ginger chopped ½ ts Soya sauce ½ ts Chilly paste 1 ts Vinegar ½ ts Sugar 1 ts Spring onions 3 n Stock 2 cup Directions: Take the broccoli and cut them into florets, and tofu also cut them in to length wise Take corn starch in a bowl add salt, chilly flakes, add water mix it like a thick paste. Heat oil in a pan add the tofu (dip it in the corn starch mixture) cook it all sides till golden colour, in this add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, Soya sauce, chilly paste, vinegar, sugar, spring onions, add stock (chicken stock, or vegetable stock), salt.
