Recipe: Side Street Pork Chops

Ingrediants: 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt 2 Tablespoons Pepper 1 1/3 cups Flour 2/3 cup corn starch 4 7-ounce fresh island pork chops, about 1 inch thick 1 cup cottonseed oil Combine garlic salt, pepper, flour, cornstarch. Coat chops well in the mixture. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry chops about 10 mins, turning frequently until brown. Makes 4 servings * Note: This came out good but if you need more seasoning I would suggest sprinkling season salt after frying.
