And no worries - the vlogs are coming back next week :) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The ingredients: For the yeast water: = 1 cup of warm water = half tbsp sugar = 2 tsp yeast mix it and leave it aside for 10 minutes in another bowl: = 2 cups all purpose flour = 3 tbsp corn starchpotato starch = 1 tsp salt = 3 tbsp oil mix together, add the yeast water and knead it for about 5 minutes using a spoon (or your hands... but its really sticky). cover it and let it rise for 1 hour or until double in size. For the vegetable filling: = carrot = onion = cabbage (OPTIONAL) = shiitake mushroom (OPTIONAL) = green onion chives Cut all the vegetables, and stir fry it for about 5 minutes. Set it aside. = cooked glass noodles (sweet potato noodles is best for this recipe) = 4 tbsp soy souce = 1 tbsp brown sugar Cut the cooked noodles to small pices, stir fry it for a minute and add the soy souce and the sugar. add it to the vegetables and mix together. let it cool down completely. Add oil to a heavy pan and hit it up. Take some dough, fill it with the vegetable mixture, close it well and add it to the oil. after 1 minute flip it carefully and press it down a little bit. Fry it for about 3 minutes from each side. ENJOY :) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
