Apollo [Project Apollo Archive] HD

A short film by rivenord Early in October 2015, Nasa released over 8’400 hd images from the Apollo program with never before seen images to the public. Taken at the time with Hasselblad cameras by the astronauts themselves and recently uploaded on Flickr, the release inspired enthusiasts all over the world. We felt inspired and wanted to do something about it. So we created a short movie; an artistic interpretation of an Apollo journey using photographs from different apollo missions. We wanted to give life to the still images and try to convey the feeling the astronauts might have felt at the click of their camera shutter.
