Look through the hole and then go forward until you find the end door Loop 13 - Part 1 - Pick up 5 pieces of the torn portrait - Piece 1 10:13 - Piece 2 10:19 - Piece 3 10:26 - Piece 4 10:38 - Piece 5 10:43 Loop 13 - Part 2 - Pick up the last piece of the torn portrait - Piece 6 12:44 Loop 14 - Wait for the clock to start. Walk 10 steps when the clock starts and STOP. Listen the first laugh. Look for the ghost. Stay close, but not so close from her. When she is about to disappear in front of you give some steps closer to her then STOP. Listen the 2nd Laugh, STOP, wait until the phone rings and pick up the phone, then leave through the end door.
