Мой коктейль для Bacardi Legacy competition Под названием "Сибирь". Я придумала именно такое название так как меня не оставило равнодушным трагическая судьба сгоревшего при пожаре леса. Трагическая судьба лесов и тем более живых существ чьим домом этот лес являлся заставляет задуматься а что я как бармен могу сделать замечательного? И ответ был прост создать коктейль с цены которого будет переходить процент во всемирную организацию по защите лесов и животных! И представила что даже по 30 центов собранных у миллионов не равнодушных как я людей получится огромная сумма денег которая спасёт многих зверьков и лесов! Почему Сибирь спросите вы? Обширные леса России хвоя ,ель ,березы и та беда что их настигла все это,не даёт мне покоя. Коктейль это как напоминание о защите природы что нас окружает. У коктейля насыщенный зеленый цвет, как знамя о том ,что должно быть всегда. Говоря о вкусе ,у коктейля сдержанный Хвойный вкус с нотками травянистости и какой-то тайны. В состав я добавила как основу Бехеровку и Bacardi Blanca,Хвойная ветка держится на премиксе из агар-агар и эстрогона, вкус хорошо завершает сок алое. Предлагаю,каждый процент с этого коктейля вкладывать в Благотворительный фонд окружающей среды. .... Ингредиенты: Bacardi Carta Blanca 40ml Beherovka 30ml Aloe Juice 200 ml Lemon juice 6 dash Syrup Tarragon 20ml .... My cocktail for Bacardi Legacy competition Under the name "Siberia". I gave this cocktail this name because I was not indifferent to the tragic fate of the forest burned in a fire.
