Google Apps Script has proven itself a highly useful and highly valuable resource in the ecosystem of low-code/no-code. It’s been around long before the term “low-code” and consequently, evolved over the years, from new learnings, and new opportunities within Google Workspace. Today we’ll dive into what Apps Script does, recent updates with App Sheets, and future possibilities of Apps Script. Speaker Bios: Jeremy Glassenberg Jeremy is an experienced Product leader of over 14 years with a proven track record of building successful developers platforms at places like Box and Tradeshift. At Box, he was the PM for an integration with what was then Google Apps, now Google Workspace, as a launch partner for the Apps Marketplace. Even prior, Jeremy has worked on Google APIs such as iGoogle since 2006. He’s a GDE for Google Pay APIs and Google Workspace, where he continues to work with Google Workspace APIs, and especially Apps Script. Christian Schalk Christian works as a developer advocate for Workspace in addition to a broad set of GCP technologies including Serverless, ML/AI, Cloud SQL, and Big Query. Christian also specializes in Workspace APIs and is a recognized leader in low/no-code development with his popular “Building with AppSheet” YouTube video series.
