I saw this tent at Outdoor Retailer last year in Salt Lake City. The Flashlight 1 is a very inexpensive solo tent with a unique design and light trail weight. The Flashlight 1 has a single/double wall design and the fly and body are stitched together. It is classified as a 3 season tent so not to be taken in the very cold. You can also leave the vertical poles at home and use your trekking poles instead. If you do this and replace the stakes with titanium ones you will shed over 6 oz. off of your setup. "Free yourself from freestanding" - Gloriously non-freestanding, and worthy of its legendary name, the 2016 Flashlight is the ultimate backpacking tent for those who believe that comfort and lightweight should go hand in hand.
