Arriving at the new DLR station at Pudding Mill Lane this walk takes in Marshgate Lane and Sugar House Lane Stratford London E15 - site of a new development by the property arm of IKEA called Strand East. Also passing Three Mills Studios and the ancient mills that give Three Mills its name. The walk also crosses some of the Bow Back Rivers - the City Mill River, Prescott Channel, Bow Creek, Three Mills Wall River and the River Lea.
