2000 R6 Problem HD

This s my problem with my 2000 R6 with 12k of miles. Basicly i washed it Saturday then rode about 70 miles on Sunday before it started happening. it starts fine when its cold but as soon as it hits about 55/60 Celsius it starts playing up under 2/3k of revs. it dies and wont start unless with full throttle and then wont rev up past 2k until a while of tweaking the throttle. also when riding it coming to a junction or the lights and down shifting it the revs just drop and it starts to die, any ideas?
