Joes Kansas City BBQ Review

I like trying new BBQ places when I can. Well today my family went to a place i had read about alot.Its been voted one of the Best BBQ places in the city.,So we went. It located in a gas station .As I recal the guys that opened it were a competition team and decided to open a place so the space they found was in Mission Kansas, Its kinda small BBQ restaurant and they had a line all the time we were there, They are a cafeteria style ordering place ,But they are extremely fast at putting orders together I ordered the Z MAn sandwich that I had heard and read alot about..We grabbed our seat and enjoyed our meal.Both of my kids and my mom got a single meat plate my son had the baked beans .He wasnt real crazy with the taste , he expected more of a molasses and a sweet taste.The beans to me taasted like chili right away and then alittle heat on the back side.I thought they were good. We also go seasoned french fries.The orders are huge and worth it . Over all I liked our visit to Kansas City Joes and would for sure return. If you are wanting brisket,pulled pork, smoked ribs or chicken they got you covered.
