To Make this you will need: 1 12 ounce jar of Apricot preserves( Orange marmalade will work as well) 1 tablespoon of sesame oil Sesame seeds for garnish 4 cloves of garlic diced 1/2 cup of Hosin sauce 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup honey juice of 1 lemon 1 Tablespoon 5 spice powder 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes 1/2 cup to 1 cup, depending on who you are of Sriracha sauce I omitted 1 tablespoon minced ginger reserve 1 cup of this mixture for basting Marinade the meat overnight, grill and enjoy!
