SIMPLE Raisin Fruit Loaf Bread Recipe Breadmaker Machine Breville Custom Loaf Pro BBM800 HOW TO HD

This video will show you how to bake raisin fruit loaf bread with a Bread Machine or BreadMaker. In this video, I am using the Breville the Custom Loaf Pro BBM800. For those who are interested on the stages the bread/loaf machine goes through, I have also included brief segments of the kneading, rise and punch down, and baking. Please subscribe as I will upload more recipe covering traditional white bread, basic milk bread, basic French bread, flavoured bread, wholewheat bread, pizza dough and several jams. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How to bake basic milk bread using a Bread Machine Recipe: Basic raisin fruit loaf bread Machine used: Breville the Custom Loaf Pro BBM800 Settings: Basic, light crust option bread loaf weight: 750gm Paddle: Collapsible Ingredients: Full cream milk, scalded and cooled -- 310ml Oil -- 3 teaspoons Salt -- 1.25 teaspoons Sugar -- 1.5 teaspoons Bread flour -- 450gm/3 cups Bread improver -- 0.75 teaspoon Tandaco yeast -- 1.25 teaspoons Directions: 1. Measure all the ingredients in advance with measuring cups and measuring spoons. 2. Remove the bread pan and install the collapsible paddle. 3. Place and pile up all ingredients in same order (Milk, oil, salt, sugar, bread flour, bread improver and tandaco yeast). 4. Wipe the outside of the pan to remove any spillage. 5. Return bread pan into the bread machine 6. Close the lid. 7. Choose settings (bascic + light crust + 750gm) and press start 8. Wait for machine to finish all cycles and remove the bread pan from the bread machine. 9. Leave bread loaf to cool on a rack prior to slicing. Enjoy.
