Soda-bi-carb, Milk as required, 8" Baking tin Procedure: - Sieve the Maida, baking powder & Soda-bi-carb together. Beat condensed milk & margarine till it becomes fluffy. Add sieved Maida and Milk alternatively and make the batter.
