LED Grow Lights,man alot of light,for medical marijuana indoors growing,howto

Hey using 400 watt HO,120 watt LED,90 watt UFO,and45 watt CFL,, Well this is alot of light and putting out no heat,and my PG&E bill is about what it always is. replaced alot of other lights in my home that bruns less power. Howto try and mix the lights up alittle.The LED grow lights are best for indoors growing they put off almost no heat at all.
