ET200SP CM PtP (6ES7 137-6AA00-0BA0) - Modbus RTU HD

I try get data from remote Modbus RTU device. But no success. I use module (6ES7 137-6AA00-0BA0) in ET200SP station, which connected to CPU 315-2 PN/DP (6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0) V3.2. (configuration in attached video) as slave I use MOD_RSSIM - http://www.plcsimulator.org/ 6ES7 137-6AA00-0BA0 connected to MOD_RSSIM through Moxa uPort 1150I For connecting I use pins 12 (T(A)/R(A)), 14 (T(B)/R(B)) and 16 (PE Ground) of module 6ES7 137-6AA00-0BA0. After REQ for reading - BUSY output switched to TRUE (as long as REQ is TRUE), DONE and ERROR outputs without changing. Configuration is Ok? What is wrong? What should I check?
