A: Yes. To make water potable it should be filtered and boiled. In this video I wanted to show the antimicrobial properties of boiling even with the plant material in the beaker. Q: Is the water safe to drink after boiling? A: Boiling kills bacteria, but it does not get rid of any toxins, heavy metals or bacterial spores.
