Water Leak BMW 5 Series E39 Caused Damage To The Fuse Panel Under The Passenger Seat

This used to be a common water leak issue on 5 Series that I have seen. The vapor barrier would separate and cause water to leak over the door sill inside the vehicle and causes damage to the fuse panel under the seat.
