Ultra Portable QRP DX from the yard 11/25/19 HD

26.11.2019
Playing around with the the ultra portable QRP station this morning out in the yard. The Yaesu FT-817 on internal battery and the MFJ-1899T whip make a nice little station that is small and easy to carry around. It can be challenging to make a QRP contact with such a small antenna, but as you can see, it is not impossible. It is also extremely rewarding when you get that DX using such a station. http://www.patreon.com/bobplank Music credits: Autumn Sunset by Audionautix is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...)
