Start the program for the Rockchip Drivers “driverinstall.exe” (execute like Administrator with right button of the mouse in Windows), press in Install 2. Disconnect the power cord on the Rockchip TV-Box 3. Start the program Factory Tool with the “FactoryTool.exe“ 4. Click on the Firmware button […] and load 5. Select the Firmware file with extension “H96_Max_RK3318_H...img“ and will be loaded on the screen. 6. Hold the reset button on the device (AV Port) with paper clip / pinset and connect together with a correct USB cable on our PC (use 2.0 usb port) black port, do not used port on 3.0 usb port (blue port) 7. The update program will detect the device almost instantly in one USB Port position 8. Select the "RESTORE" option and wait begin the update process 9. When finished, a Green message will appear [Successfully] 10. Plug off the usb and swicth to HDMI Monitor cable TV screen Wait for the system to restart/boot and show us the Android desktop, this can take about 5 to 10 minutes. WARNING! DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK!
