Flames seen at fire close to Pitchess Detention Center HD

HEADLINE: FLAMES ON CAMERA at fire close to Pitchess Detention Center CAPTION: Downed power lines or a blown transformer may have started a brush fire near Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic. Firefighters were alerted to a brush fire that could be seen from the freeway creeping uphill. Firefighters were able to control the blaze and the final acerage was about 2-5 acres (unconfirmed). No structures threatened. Fire danger remains high through the remainder of the summer due to drought conditions.
