Breast Reduction Surgery at Aurora Clinics performed by Adrian Richards HD

Adrian Richards, the surgical director of Aurora Clinics brings us another surgery video, this time a bilateral breast reduction procedure. As the video begins, we see the right side has already been completed. Mr Richards then shows the left breast, and compares the sizes. He talks about making it the same size, and goes through the stages of the procedure he will perform. He needs to move the nipple up to the position he shows during the video, and remove the skin and tissue within his markings. The nipple will stay connected, so it will have a constant blood supply, so that is not something we have to worry about. The video skips to when the tissue has been separated from the breast, and Mr Richards removes it showing the camera how much has come away. The nipple is then rotated up, and the breast tissue remaining is bought in and Mr Richards now will sew that together for the final appearance. We skip on in the procedure to the end, where both breasts have been completed. We see the results and compare the symmetry of the breasts, with our patient looking like she has some good results. The tape has already been applied to all of her wounds, so the surgery is officially complete.
