Illinois dad accused of trying to run over daughter’s bullies HD

An Illinois man is accused of trying to run over a group of kids that were allegedly bullying his daughter. And the entire scene was caught on camera. According to WREX, Roy Williams, Jr., 56, called police last week after hearing his 13-year-old got into a fight. Witness Nathan Velez told WREX, “His daughter got into a little fight with this other girl and hit her.” But according to police, Williams didn’t wait for officers to arrive, and instead he took matters into his own hands. Williams first started chasing after the kids with a cane. Then he got back into his SUV, and he tried to hit the kids. “He was just going after everybody,” said Velez. “He came around this way where everyone was running to and he went down that way and reversed and that’s when he drove onto the grass.”
