Pizza Hut, What Is Wrong With Your Online Ordering System? HD

I had a weird experience yesterday morning, Saturday, May 6, 2017, that I would like to share with you. I went to Pizza Hut Website and opened an account so I can order Pizza online. After signing-up, I received a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail for a free Cheese Sticks coupon for signing-up. Anyway, at about 10:00 AM, I went back to the website, signed-in and began to put in my order. I like starting from scratch and create my own pizzas. I started with my first order which was an Original Stuffed Crust, with Buffalo Sauce, Cheese, Toasted Cheddar Crust Finisher, Bacon, Grilled Chicken and Mediterranean Black Olives and placed it in my cart. I worked on my second order of Pizza and placed it in my cart as well. My third order was for a dessert which was the Ultimate Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Cookie. My fourth one of course was for a single order of Breadsticks which I have a coupon for. You’ll probably wonder what my reasons were for posting this video. I don’t know if you noticed when I went up and down on the second e-mail from Pizza Hut at the beginning of this video. The expiration date is June 5, 2017 but when I put in the code at checkout, it says the coupon is expired. Why would Pizza Hut offer a coupon without checking its validity? I wasn’t planning on ordering the Breadsticks but I placed a single order anyway for demonstration purposes and to show Pizza Hut that this is happening at their website. Another thing that I would like to point out was the incorrect total on the order. It must have been a glitch because although it gave me the Chocolate Chip Cookie free as a daily offer, the cost was added to the total. I emptied my cart and started over 3 times and came up exactly as it was in the first. I called the local Pizza Hut franchise and was advised to print my order and bring it over. Another good reason why I posted this is to let the public know that these things happen on online orders. To online consumers, make sure to always check your order total before finalizing your order.
