Hi Everyone! I took on a challenge with running a mile a day and the results are CRAZY! I actually hate running so to finish this challenge was hard for me. I know there are tons of videos of people running around doing 1 mile, 2 miles, or 3! However, my running challenge might help someone out there. I threw in some food options also! Win/win! It seems like a huge task to run a mile a day, but actually running a mile a day takes 10 minutes out of your day, or LESS! Even after binge watching all of these running challenge videos, I never thought my body would transform the way it did in such little time.
